Warm Up 4 Work is designed to encourage your workforce to undertake a daily workplace stretching routine for their job role to prevent injury in the workplace.
Delivered by enthusiastic physiotherapists and exercise physiologists, the sessions include a short cardiovascular warm-up, some isolated stretches, functionally oriented warm up tasks followed by individual requirements.
Team leaders are coached to deliver the program on an ongoing basis.
We are known for delivering efficient, productive and energetic sessions to get teams warmed up for work.
Training & Education
Creating a cultural change that sticks requires change to be embedded and this can only be done by ensuring your staff are trained.
The Injury Plus Prevention team regularly engage and present to specific groups of individuals in each work zone on-site to educate them about the most common injuries applicable to their work area and how to best avoid them.
Injury prevention training and coaching is customised to the client and can include topics such as core stability, flexibility, musculoskeletal injury prevention, manual task training and coaching (including an accredited unit) and ergonomics training and education.
This training, which includes both formal theory and practical hands on elements, aims to create improved body awareness for each employee and prevent injuries from occurring in the long term.
